Service Manager – Electrical Contracting & EV Infrastructure
What You’ll Do
Core Focus Outcomes
You’ll Drive Lead the Service Department | Own day-to-day scheduling, dispatch, and close-out of every service call—no backlog, no surprises.
Manage Key Accounts | Act as the single point of contact for marquee clients, ensuring rapid response times and 5-star customer satisfaction.
Coach & Dispatch Technicians | Balance workloads, set clear expectations, and hold the field team accountable for craftsmanship and safety.
Operational Excellence | Build repeatable systems for quoting, work-order flow, and KPI tracking (installs completed, warranty callbacks, first-time-fix rates).
Resolve Escalations | Step in early, communicate often, and turn potential issues into loyalty-building moments.
Leverage Technology | Use FieldEdge (training provided) and complementary platforms to keep data clean and decisions data-driven.
